We have found that the best and easiest way to get to Bhutan from the UK, is to fly via Delhi. We don't book flights out of the UK, you have to do that yourself. We don't recommend any particular agent or air line, it's your choice. We have always found BA very competitive with good flight schedules. There are others so have a good look round.
